We were very happy with the design process. At the first design meeting with Phil and Jacob , we explained our ideas and tried to convey the style that we were seeking for our new garden, along with some practical requirements. It was quickly apparent to us that Jacob, Urban Earth's designer, completely understood the look that we were trying to achieve and was able to offer some good suggestions that we had not considered. A few days later, we received graphics showing a first draft of the plan. It was very close to what we wanted and it took only minor changes to get to a final version. The finished garden delivered exactly what we were hoping for, an elegant, understated and practical garden which exactly replicated the design that we had agreed.
